Clarivex – Terms of Service

Welcome to Clarivex. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Clarivex software, services, and systems ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- "Clarivex" refers to the automation platform and its associated bot, website, and services.
- "User", "you", and "your" refer to the individual or entity using Clarivex.
- "Group" means your Roblox or Discord group using our Services.
- "Subscription" refers to any paid or free plan associated with Clarivex.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibilities
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our Services.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
3. Use of Services
- You may not reverse engineer, duplicate, or redistribute our software without written permission.
- You agree to use Clarivex only for lawful purposes and in accordance with community guidelines.
- You are solely responsible for any configuration choices you make within Clarivex.
- You may not share your license key or login credentials with others.
- Misuse of the API (e.g., excessive requests) may result in temporary suspension or termination.
4. Payments
- All payments are non-refundable except under specific conditions outlined below.
- Refunds are granted only if:
- No support is received within 3 days of initial setup.
- The bot fails to function within 24 hours and no assistance is provided.
- A chargeback is attempted only after contacting support.
5. Ownership and Group Transfers
- Only the verified group owner may request a data or service transfer.
- A group transfer is permitted if:
- Ownership verification is completed.
- You accept that all previous data will be lost.
6. Data Collection and Privacy
- Clarivex collects basic user identifiers and configuration metadata.
- We do not sell or share user data with third parties.

7. Prohibited Conduct
- Abuse the API or attempt to bypass security systems.
- Attempt to redeem a code not issued to you.
- Leak or steal another group’s credentials.
- Threaten, harass, or be abusive toward staff or other users.
- Attempt unauthorized access to internal Clarivex systems.
- Resell or redistribute keys or paid access.
8. Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Clarivex at any time for violating these Terms.
- Upon termination, all data associated with your account or group may be permanently deleted.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Loss of profits or revenues.
- Group failure or poor management outcomes.
- Service interruptions or software bugs.
- Any damages arising from unauthorized access.
10. Changes to Terms
- Clarivex may modify these Terms at any time.
- We will notify users via Discord or site announcements when changes are made.
- Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the new Terms.

12. Code Redemption Policy
Clarivex may from time to time issue alphanumeric codes ("Codes") that grant access to premium features, subscription time, or other forms of digital content or rewards. These Codes may be distributed via giveaways, promotional campaigns, direct purchases, or through official communication channels.
By redeeming or accepting a Code, you agree to the following terms:
- Non-Transferability: All Codes are strictly personal and are assigned to the individual user or group who originally received or purchased them. Codes are not transferable between users, servers, or groups unless explicitly authorized in writing by Clarivex staff.
- Prohibition of Resale or Redistribution: Selling, trading, gifting, or otherwise redistributing Codes, either in exchange for money or other services, is strictly prohibited. This includes public sharing, posting in third-party marketplaces, or distribution in any form outside the original recipient.
- Single-Use Limitation: Each Code is valid for a single use only unless otherwise specified. Attempting to redeem a previously used or invalid Code may result in account restrictions.
- Authorized Use Only: Codes must only be used by the person or group for whom they were intended. Attempting to redeem a Code not assigned to you—whether obtained via unauthorized means, sharing, or purchase from another user—constitutes a violation of these Terms.
- Code Invalidation: Clarivex reserves the right to disable, suspend, or permanently invalidate any Code that is suspected to be involved in fraud, resale, or unauthorized use, with or without prior notice.
- Disciplinary Actions: Users who attempt to exploit the Code system, resell Codes, or violate these policies may face temporary or permanent bans, revocation of premium benefits, or removal from associated servers.
- No Refund or Compensation: Codes that are lost, deleted, expired, misused, or disabled due to violation of these Terms will not be replaced or refunded under any circumstances.
- Verification Process: In case of suspicious activity, Clarivex staff may request proof of purchase or origin of the Code. Failure to provide valid proof may result in denial of service or removal of premium access.
This policy is intended to ensure fair use, prevent abuse, and protect the integrity of the Clarivex Services. By accepting or using any Code, you acknowledge and agree to comply with this section in full.
